To begin the design process, you need to make an appointment with us for a free in-showroom consultation. If you have dimensioned floor plans, photos of your existing kitchen, appliance and hardware details, or inspiring images - it is a good idea to bring them along.
This information will help us understand your needs and enable us to prepare preliminary drawings of your new kitchen.
We will also book a time for you to return to view the plans and receive our initial quote. There is no cost to you up to this point. However, after this second meeting it should be clear to you whether or not Vivo is the provider best able to meet your requirements.
If you would like us to develop the plans further or to discuss the project in more detail, you will need to pay a design fee (which will be deducted from your final kitchen price should you continue to manufacture). We can then release the drawings to you so that you can consider them in your own time or forward them to your builder or other trades-people.
Once the design fee is paid we can also arrange a formal site measure and book an installer for you.
Once everything is decided upon we require a 40% deposit before we begin manufacturing your kitchen right here in our factory.
